Castlepoint Martini Henry, Henry is from New Zealand, bred from extensively well researched, proven, bloodlines from around the world. His origins are from show and field Champions from the United Kingdom, New Zealand.
On his sire side, UK CH Crumliegh Magic Max, a very strong hunter, strong in the field on all wild game species in the UK, with field trial accolades as well as a UK CHAMPION show tittle. Henry's sire, was the sire of the first GSP in 34 years to attain a field and show dual CHAMPIONSHIP in the UK, not just competing against 5 or 4 other gsp's but more like 100 other gsp's. Blood lines are old, very old as is Jett's. His pedigree dates back over a century in world pedigrees. A strong line up some UK dual champions and many single titled champions, his Dam side Castlepoint Florence also has well proven UK lines through Stairfoot Styx and also New Zealand show champions through Dulsie, for generations dating back.
Henry is such a sweet fellow, still young but showing great promise for competing with down the track in retriever trials and field trials given the chance. He has a strong natural ability to stalk, scent track in the air and on the ground, point, and retrieve, all this as well as great confirmation, balance. His nature is playful, fun and happy to please. Another perfect addition to the Recoil family and we can't wait to see what his future has in store for him.
